   Born in the USA during the early 1940's, the Moscow mule is almost always served in a copper mug. A classic cocktail made with vodka, spicy ginger beer, and lime juice, garnished with a slice or wedge of lime. It is a type of buck and therefore sometimes known as a vodka buck. Some say mule was added to the name because ginger beer delivers a kick of flavor.
